**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 6 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, technology, or a similar field.
+ Experience creating insights using SQL and other problem-solving tools to present findings and recommendations.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Experience in planning, consulting, investment banking, or similar data-driven business roles.
+ Experience with SQL and other database, scripting, or business intelligence tools.
+ Ability to influence business leadership with investigative skills, combined with business judgment.
+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to construct simple and impactful messages from complex analysis.

In addition to building the upfront Go-to-Market Strategy, we have a deep understanding of the end-to-end customer journey and work with our sellers to build enablement and solutions. Additionally, we work closely with the product team to shape our direction based on customer feedback. **Responsibilities**
+ Influence executive-level decision making through deep, scalable, and actionable analytical insights into core business decisions such as prioritization of growth opportunities.
+ Provide insights to the business through analysis of bookings, activity, and product data to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness of our sales teams.
+ Serve as a thought partner to Sales Leadership, translating operational cadences into insights and leading proactive initiatives that accelerate business growth.
+ Plan, set goals, manage territory design, expansion plans, and business activities (e.g., weekly pipeline reviews, monthly business growth forecasts, staff meetings, MBRs, QBRs and other cadences).
+ Structure and communicate ambiguous, and challenging business issues to advise the AI Sales leadership team.
