Agency Solutions Manager

**Summary:**

The Agency Solutions Manager is a consultative partner who uses data and insights to solve customer challenges. They have a passion for advertising and believe the future of marketing is personalized, privacy safe and grounded in measurable business results. With proven understanding of both online and traditional media and the North America agency ecosystem this is an opportunity to build and manage key relationships and serve as a consultative product expert to some of the largest agencies. The ASM is responsible for partnering with agencies to constantly increase agencies’ knowledge and expertise in Meta products and solutions, use data and analytics to drive informed implementation of Meta solutions, and to drive advertising success for the agencies and their clients.

**Required Skills:**

Agency Solutions Manager Responsibilities:

1. Serve as external product consultant educating agencies on product solutions and best practices and working hand in hand with client teams in developing scaled approaches to drive solutions adoption

2. Analyze data and insights to identify areas of opportunity, and guide the strategy and partnership roadmap to drive growth

3. Move to MINIMUM_QUALIFICATION or PREFERRED_QUALIFICATIONS, e.g.: 'In-depth experience in marketing solutions, building and managing relationships with key media agencies.'

4. Provide extensive training to agencies to build broad skills in implementation and consulting of Meta solutions

5. Influence product innovation based on agencies’ and client needs and feedback

6. Work and collaborate with groups of internal cross-functional teams as well as other regions to foster exchange of best practices

**Minimum Qualifications:**

7. Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management

8. Demonstrated knowledge of digital media platforms and social advertising

9. Experience planning, delivering, and executing media, measurement strategy and providing insights and campaign optimizations and recommendations

10. Demonstrated experience in consultative and analytical skills, a focus on providing valued partnership, and demonstrated experience prioritizing competing deliverables and meeting deadlines in a collaborative, team-focused environment

11. Advanced analytical skills, experience with analyzing datasets and measurement studies and delivering actionable insights

12. Experience working directly with agencies, media and/or consulting companies and presenting to external stakeholders at a variety of levels

13. Demonstrated experience influencing internal and external stakeholders - anticipating challenges and objections, providing solutions and guidance with support

14. Experience leading and managing initiatives and complex work-streams autonomously, with a high degree of accountability and high attention to detail

15. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)

16. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)

17. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies

18. Established network in and knowledge of the social media and/or agency ecosystem

19. Demonstrated media (agency) experience

20. Advanced Excel skills, experience working with data visualization tools, SQL

24. Extensive experience as a Meta user and with Meta’s ad products

25. Experience working with or at Brand/Branding Focused companies

**Public Compensation:**

$112,000/year to $175,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
