**Position Type: Part Time**

**Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour**

Mon11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Tue11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Fri11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

**What You'll Do:**

+ Provide customer service to staff, visitors, patients, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related duties, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or behavioral health-related situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders when needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points, noting unusual activity and reporting security-related concerns.

+ Monitor entry and exit activity, help to deter unauthorized access, and document incidents, observations, and/or policy-related issues according to post instructions.

+ Support a respectful and professional environment by using de-escalation awareness, following client site protocols, and assisting with security-related requests as appropriate.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
