**Job Description:**

UPS Digital is an integral part of our strategy, consisting of (3) entities: UPS Capital, Ware2Go and Delivery Solutions, transforming to create one UPS Digital company.

As the Global HR Director, supporting UPS Digital, you will be responsible for building the common HR infrastructure, working with the UPS Corp HR COE’s, to support and enable a high-growth, “start-up” like business to growth 2x-3x per year. While building the infrastructure, you will deliver on the deployment of business-relevant HR strategies and solutions.

You will act as an overall advocate for the UPS Digital business, lead change management, and support the business and its employees in multiple countries.

The Global HR Director- UPS Digital is tasked to solve for integration and innovation to achieve one common tech stack with HCM and payroll, harmonized job descriptions, levels, wage & incentive compensation plans, policies, etc. which may or may not align with UPS.

You will intimately engage with UPS Digital stakeholders to proactively forecast and execute on the needs of the business for all people related responsibilities, including but are not limited to talent acquisition, development, retention and succession planning, employee experience and engagement and internal communications.

You will act as strategic support to research, design, and provide guidance to Corp HR COE’s to help build a HR infrastructure for UPS Digital which may include payroll and other non-UPS HR traditional responsibilities.

**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s degree: master’s degree or executive education preferred

+ 3+ years leading an HR Team with direct and indirect reports

+ 7+ years HR experience: HRBP and COE experience preferred

+ International HR experience and/or exposure

+ Experience building and enhancing an innovative and progressive culture

+ Demonstrated project management experience

+ Experience in insurance, financial and technical services preferred

+ Ability to partner and support multiple executives

+ Ability to lead with cultural sensitivity

+ Financial acumen and commercially minded

+ HR Certification preferred

+ USA domiciled preferred; strong preference for local in or near Atlanta, GA

​*Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $11,230/monthly to $20,810/monthly. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
