Chief Product Officer, Connected Buildings

The C hief Product Officer, Connected Buildings (CB) is responsible for the overall strategic vision, conceptualization, investment analysis, value proposition, design, build, deploy and operational performance for the Connected Buildings vertical within Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE). You will work closely with engineering, design, deployment, and sales teams to ensure that our software solutions meet the needs of our customers and drive revenue growth.

You will report directly to the VP & GM, Connected Buildings, and you will work out of the Atlanta, GA location on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Lead offering management for Connected Buildings with focus on outcome-based cloud applications delivering edge to cloud solution for multiple buildings verticals.

+ Set clear vision to define the data model, data contextualization and data analytics to deliver the AI based applications of enabling cloud- based system to collect, connect, control, and optimize buildings.

+ Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and portfolio that aligns with our business goals and market opportunities around digitalization, sustainability, and OT cybersecurity.

+ Build and manage a team of product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver world-class products.

+ Collaborate cross functionally with teams and leaders in HCE and Building Automation (BA), including sales, marketing, engineering, and operations, to ensure timely delivery and seamless integration of Connected Buildings solutions.

+ Conduct market research to stay up to date with industry trends to inform product development decisions, and work closely with commercial teams to identify customer needs and market opportunities.

+ Define and prioritize product features and roadmaps based on customer feedback, product performance, market analysis, and business priorities.

+ Monitor and analyze KPIs, financial metrics, and market trends to assess offering performance to make data-driven decisions.

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal and external customers.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

+ 10+ years of professional experience working with large enterprise environments known for innovation, diversified solutions/products, and end-user value obsession.

+ Demonstrated technical and SaaS product management lifecycle expertise and experience with a deep understanding and perspective on emergent technologies.

+ Strong leadership and people management skills with experience building and managing high performing product teams.

+ Experience working in a matrix environment with teams in engineering, R&D, marketing, finance, sales, etc., using creative approaches to problem solving.

+ Proven track record of delivering successful software products in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

+ Deep understanding of industrial software and/or connected and smart buildings, including industry standards and best practices.
