The Advanced Data Scientist will play a crucial role in our team by applying sophisticated analytical techniques and machine learning models to large datasets to uncover valuable insights and drive our strategic direction. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, a passion for data, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into our operations and products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and predict future outcomes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business challenges and provide data-driven solutions and insights.

• Lead the process of data exploration, cleaning, and preprocessing to prepare data for analysis and modeling.

• Stay abreast of the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, and evaluate new technologies for potential adoption.

• Design and execute A/B testing frameworks to validate findings and refine models.

• Communicate complex data insights in a clear and effective manner to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Mentor junior data scientists and analysts, promoting a culture of learning and collaboration within the team.

MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a data science role, with a proven track record of applying advanced analytical methods and machine learning models to solve real-world problems.

• Advanced proficiency in developing generative AI applications, including RAG, along with model creation and ongoing maintenance.

• Strong expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and predictive modeling.

• Proficiency in data science tools and programming languages, such as Python, R, SQL, and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

WE VALUE:

• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is highly desirable.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex tasks.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to a non-technical audience.
