**Position Type: Part Time**

**Pay Rate: $21.85 / Hour**

**Job Schedule:**

**Day** **Time**

Fri10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Sat10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Sun10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

**What You'll Do:**

+ Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.

+ Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, work areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials or visitor access as directed by site policies, and help to support orderly traffic flow for employees, guests, and deliveries.

+ Communicate with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or policy questions, and provide detailed shift activity reports as required.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.

+ X-Ray screening experience is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
