Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. **Position Type: Part Time**

**Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour**

Sat04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Sun04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

**What You'll Do:**

+ Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting issues through appropriate channels.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, entrances, lobbies, parking areas, and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

+ Monitor access points and assist with visitor and contractor entry procedures in support of daily building operations and property protocols.

+ Support a professional environment at a commercial real estate location by communicating clearly with occupants and management regarding security-related matters and/or operational concerns.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ At least 2 years of security-related experience are required.

+ A guard card/license is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Access control/badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
