ResponsibilitiesAwards Program Management
- Oversee the nomination and selection process for a national-level awards program
- Plan and execute logistics for awards presentations at annual events
- Maintain records and manage program budget
- Coordinate with educational institutions to provide sponsored awards
- Design award materials in alignment with organizational branding
Podcast Production
- Co-produce a regularly scheduled podcast series
- Record and manage podcast announcements (ads, promos, PSAs)
- Oversee podcast production team and maintain equipment inventory
- Promote podcast through coordinated campaigns
- Support professional development efforts to enhance podcast quality
Educational Webinars and Trainings
- Support the planning and delivery of live webinars and training events
- Present program information during organizational meetings and chapter trainings
Administrative and Office Management
- Manage inventory and distribution of educational publications
- Coordinate staff meetings and maintain internal calendars
- Support day-to-day budget operations for the education and programs team
- Prepare leadership meeting packets and handle internal requests
- Respond to public inquiries and process publication orders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- 2–3 years of relevant administrative or program support experience, ideally in education or nonprofit sectors
- At least 1 year of experience in event management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Customer-service oriented with a collaborative mindset
- Experience managing confidential information with discretion
Fulltime, Onsite $55,000-$65,000
