Program Manager, Education and Programs

ResponsibilitiesAwards Program Management

  • Oversee the nomination and selection process for a national-level awards program
  • Plan and execute logistics for awards presentations at annual events
  • Maintain records and manage program budget
  • Coordinate with educational institutions to provide sponsored awards
  • Design award materials in alignment with organizational branding

Podcast Production

  • Co-produce a regularly scheduled podcast series
  • Record and manage podcast announcements (ads, promos, PSAs)
  • Oversee podcast production team and maintain equipment inventory
  • Promote podcast through coordinated campaigns
  • Support professional development efforts to enhance podcast quality

Educational Webinars and Trainings

  • Support the planning and delivery of live webinars and training events
  • Present program information during organizational meetings and chapter trainings

Administrative and Office Management

  • Manage inventory and distribution of educational publications
  • Coordinate staff meetings and maintain internal calendars
  • Support day-to-day budget operations for the education and programs team
  • Prepare leadership meeting packets and handle internal requests
  • Respond to public inquiries and process publication orders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
  • 2–3 years of relevant administrative or program support experience, ideally in education or nonprofit sectors
  • At least 1 year of experience in event management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Customer-service oriented with a collaborative mindset
  • Experience managing confidential information with discretion

Fulltime, Onsite $55,000-$65,000
