**How you’ll make an impact in this role**

Perform the duties of a staff pharmacist under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

+ Under direct supervision, maintains proper narcotic documentation and ensures proper distribution of narcotic medications.

+ Under direct supervision, ensures appropriate selection of dosing, administering and monitoring of medication.

+ Dispense medications accurately for delivery to patient care areas. May compound medications.

+ Assist pharmacists with maintaining and monitoring patient profiles. Provides medication information and education to medical staff and patients.

**What minimum requirements you’ll need**

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

+ Pharmacy Intern credentialed from the Wisconsin Pharmacy Examining Board preferred.

Education:

+ High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline required.

**What additional preferences we're seeking**

Must be enrolled in an accredited US school of pharmacy.
