DEPUTY PROGRAM MANAGER

Oversee complex programs that drive impactful mission outcomes for our customers as a Deputy Program Manager. Here, you’ll see the bigger picture on mission initiatives and where your program management career can go at GDIT.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Bring your program management expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Deputy Program Manager must have:

● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science

● Certification: Program Management Professional (PMP)

● Experience: 5+ years of related experience

● Technical skills:

+ Experience leading complex, high-value programs within the Intelligence Community (MPO experience preferred)

+ Experience in strategic planning, agile execution, risk management, schedule development, and acquisition lifecycle

+ Experience guiding cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives

+ Experience building trusted relationships with government stakeholders and subcontractor teammates

● Security clearance level: Top Secret SCI with Polygraph

● US citizenship required

● Role requirements: Ability to support onsite Monday-Friday with core hours 1000-1400. Minimal local travel requirements.

The likely salary range for this position is $165,750 - $224,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
