What You’ll Be Doing As A Team Lead:

Running and troubleshooting state-of-the-art machinery that makes anti-corrosion wax tape
Coaching, training, and motivating your team to be their best
Keeping quality top-notch and work areas spotless and safe
Jumping into different production roles — cross-train and build skills that set you apart
Making sure every shift is smooth and successful

Requirements - What You Need To Be A Successful Team Lead:

Previous experience as a team lead, shift supervisor, or production pro
Mechanical know-how and a can-do attitude
Ready to stay on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs without breaking a sweat
Dependable, detail-focused, and always ready to step up
Strong communicator and problem solver

Shift & Pay Of A Team Lead:

Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
$30–$35 per hour, depending on experience
Overtime available if you want it!
