As a **Security Officer Patrol Driver** in **Anchorage, AK** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. **What You'll Do:**

+ Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building common areas, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.

+ Monitor access points, observe foot and vehicle traffic, and report suspicious behavior, unsecured doors, lighting issues, and/or property damage in accordance with post orders.

+ Prepare accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift pass-down notes, and support a professional presence that helps promote order throughout the location.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
