Banking Services Operations Associate II

CTG is seeking a detail-oriented Banking Services Operations Associate II to support daily banking operations activities including document review, data validation, collateral processing, and customer support. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, data entry accuracy, and experience working in a fast-paced office or banking environment.

**Location:** Amherst, NY

**Duration:** 3 months

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Review banking documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance.

+ Validate and prepare data for entry into mainframe and computer systems.

+ Secure and maintain bank collateral documentation.

+ Provide basic problem resolution support to internal and external customers.

+ Perform high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail.

+ Utilize Microsoft Excel and other operational systems to support workflow activities.

+ Complete additional operational and administrative duties as assigned.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

+ High School Diploma or GED required.

+ One to two years of relevant work experience.

+ Strong data entry and organizational skills.

+ Attention to detail and accuracy.

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Associate’s degree preferred.

+ Two to three years of office or banking operations experience preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
