The National Security Sector at Leidos is seeking a Weapon Testing RDT&E Coordination Support SME in Albuquerque, NM as part of our Counter-WMD Systems Engineering and Integration Team, supporting the Defense Threat Reduction Agency.
This position is new work which we expect to be awarded later in 2025.

**In this role you will** conduct counter-WMD weapon test planning, execution, data management. Specific duties include the following:
+ Plan and develop Technical Requirements Documents (TRD), classification determination letters, and related test plans and execution, and pre/post-test analyses of RDT&E tests/experiments across the target hardness spectrum in support of WMD defeat demonstration requirements.
+ Plan full-scale weapon delivery tests to integrate DoD technology and tactics development efforts with warfighter requirements across the target hardness spectrum for WMD defeat capability demonstrations.
+ Attend weapon delivery and effects testing participate in the logistical preparation, coordination, observation, and evaluation of test performers and their ability to meet test objectives and measurement requirements.
+ Establish and maintain a DTRA level weapons performance collection of data capable of archiving historical and future test data and organize and input existing and future DTRA penetration data.
+ Utilize model improvements based on the comparative analysis from pre/post-test predictions.
**Required Security Clearance:**
+ Active TS/SCI clearance is required however we have the ability to hire at the Secret level for highly qualified candidates who are willing to upgrade to TS/SCI.
**Required Experience, Skills, and Education:**
+ Active Secret level security clearance and the ability to upgrade to TS/SCI
+ Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or scientific field and 15+ years of relevant experience
+ Experience with DTRA research and development or developmental testing and evaluation
**Desired Experience, Skills, and Education:**
+ Active TS/SCI security clearance
+ Prior support to DTRA RD-TS or RD-CXW

**Pay Range:**
Pay Range $126,100.00 - $227,950.00
