Operations:
* W ork as a balancing Person between Strategy and Execution from annual,quarterly & Monthly planning and analysis (like Primary /Secondary Sales ,HO Orders,GRN &Organogram etc) to give day to day support of sales force like extraction of right set of data ,comparing it against trend and benchmarks as well as provide recommendation to sales leaders to help them to take decision for the strategic matters through D_S Report ,Monthly Performance Criteria, Profitability Report,Monthly GRN Analysis ,Weekly Core Committee Report & Weekly Conversion details.
* Work as Single Source of authentic knowledge for Sales leaders by selecting right metrics so leaders should get consolidate trend information which help them to achieve the desired outcome.
* To ensure the adherence to agreed process for entering into Consultancy Agreement with Identified Institutes and doctors. To monitor ROI & documentation of deliverable of such Agreements. Maintain the data of all related Agreements Requisition and its supporting for futuristic Analysis and reference.
* Co-ordinate with other departments like Finance,Business Development,H.R.,Purchase,Demand Planning & Product Management for timely execution of various tasks like C.A.Requisition/Expense Clearance/HO Order execution/Credit limit enhancement,Incentive Commutation,Confirmation Process etc.
* Co-ordinate with Field Force frequently and provide understanding about all priorities and challenges to reduce their Inter function friction.
* Managing Sales through appointment or extension new distributors and suppliers across the India. Managing and ensuring 100% availability of all products at all across CFAs so Field Force can be able to deliver all required demand to customer on time.
