Apply analytical skills in evaluating entitlement to EOT claims through all associated contractual evidences and correspondences to utilize schedule time impact analysis methods, prospectively and retrospectively, for complex change order and claims under various standard forms of contracts. Identify and resolve key scheduling issues such as float, concurrent delay, constructive acceleration and cumulative effect of delays against schedule.
