Subsequently voted employee of the quarter due to the success of the groups (ua's were tracked and pt's who participated stayed negative) and consistently being top billing counselor, nationwide. Processed pt urine samples per state lab guidelines on a random basis or when a patient was suspected to be under the influence. Assessed and referred patients as needed; Met with treatment team on a weekly basis to ensure quality of patient care and case compliance; also worked with other clinicians in regards to patient treatment for issues outside of scope of practice; other duties as required.
