Supervised the entire lifecycle of the store from initial placement to corporate inventory and hand-off to new owner. Temporarily oversaw operations of additional 147 stores from initial buyback until sold to a new franchisee. Efficiently managed more than $3M in G&A budget and $12M in aggregate store budgets, as well as customer billings of $21.6M with a target of $17.1M.
