Provide leadership to engineering, procurement, fabrication, transportation, expediting, construction, commissioning, and project operations for a fully operational 25 million standard cubic feet per day (MMSCFD) hydrogen plant
Lead engineering teams across all disciplines within several Linde engineering hubs in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania; Tulsa, Oklahoma; Munich, Germany; and Vadodara, India
Oversee the global material procurement operations, balancing fabrication and transportation duration and costs with site construction schedule
Manage engineering discipline to complete and submit all bid packages with complete IFC drawings
Deliver several components, including:
Complete steam methane reformer with a waste heat recovery unit
Process absorption system with buffering vessel
Process preheat/cooling/natural gas preparation system provided as 10 prefabricated modules
Interconnecting pipe racks provided as 18 prefabricated modules
Unit substation 4kV to 480V with all switchgear, motor starters, UPS, and distributed control systems as a prefabricated unit

Key Highlights:
Spearheaded the development and installation of the hydrogen plant on a brown field site with 75 years of  active and abandoned underground obstructions, and successfully installed 303 auger cast piles without issues
Examined existing work streams to determine opportunities for labor and cost savings
Provided all mechanical module components to fabricators and construction site ahead of project schedule and without affecting construction schedule
Demonstrated that prefabricated modules could be effectively used within existing work streams
