Was hired to manage an existing book of business and grow customer base to meet yearly budget. Working directly with local business owners and Advertising agencies across the country.
Responsible for maintaining and producing yearly budget and goals. This included maintaining a high renewal percentage. As well as a high level of new customer prospecting for new business.
Position was highly detailed as most sales included numerous promotional elements. This involved a high level of communication with both my customers and internally. Including numerous forms that had to be utilized to set sale in motion.
Aspects of a sales consisted in person and phone cold calling, setting up meetings utilizing valid business reasons. Meeting with prospective customers and reviewing Fit, Expectations, Budget and Message.
Other aspects included success selling, script writing, commercial production and recording commercials.
