Expertly directed business operations and the team, thus successfully fulfilling and surpassing long-range plan objectives of the Federal Health Operating Unit, such as $5M earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) and 5% return on sales (ROS) through accurate projection of monthly and quarterly costs for labor and material
Spearheaded the Program Operations Team for Federal Health Operating Unit in overseeing base contract of program amounting to more than $1B through effective estimate at completion (EAC) management, resulting in two contract extensions on performance Capability Maturity Mode Integration (CMMI) Level 3 certification in 2008 and recertification in 2012 which was the first among 10 programs of the company to achieve the service module certification
Devised and executed CMMI certified procurement tracking system to review requirements and determine the best purchasing path, which enabled the company to identify and process requests on credit card verses purchase order and produced annual savings of $300K on additional purchase order costs
Direct the team in developing and implementing SQL database and reporting management environment, which reduced the liability to customer and company by consolidating the daily operations on Microsoft SQL Server into one team for constant oversight, including the entire reporting database and all reports migration from Crystal Reports 9 to SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
