* Provide direct oversight to daily operational activities along with 5 direct reports and 10 indirect reports across 3 divisions while pursuing new opportunities in the industry to expand and grow the organization
* Partake in a 5 person executive leadership team
* Effectively supervise cross-functional teams on numerous projects simultaneously with more than $50K budget
* Take charge of forecasting targeted quarterly revenue based on labor, material costs, projected sales, and available projects in work-in-progress
* Employ leadership abilities in handling team building, hiring, promotion, and team structure as well as in conceptualizing and initiating cross training of all installers between three disciplines to foster positive employee environment and ensure overall company success
* Keenly assess, document, and keep track of budgets and financial data to lessen expenses and improve profits
* Monitor projects throughout WIP while determining bottlenecks within the process and delivering solutions
* Develop and enforce operational processes to minimize variability and material waste as well as to maximize efficiency and bring better project outcomes
* Steer efforts in formulating and executing training programs to boost installer efficiency and drive camaraderie and happiness among team members
* Evaluate pay structure and construct a tiered, incentivized growth program for installers to reduce turnover and attain installer efficiency growth
* Efficiently supervised Operations Team in various project such as:
* $3.6M contracted project with Maryland Transit Administration with a total 685 busses installation;
* $220K Medstar Rebranding project including 95 vehicles and 14 unique designs; and
* $180K Baltimore Museum of art project including 5 different materials installed on 5 different substrates and totaled 18,000 Square Feet within 2 months
