  • Police Department network cabling upgrade for the new city phone system and network requirements, as well as server system upgrade that improved system capabilities;

  • Electronic ticketing and data transfer to enable street officer to print citations on vehicle and transfer data to all computer systems, involving the mayor's court and Shaker Heights Municipal Court systems;

  • Over $373K police MDT computer system upgrade, as well completion of new patrol car camera systems with live streaming patrol car video to dispatch; and
