Title: BWS - Production Support
Hours: Swing Shift Rotating Schedule
Pay Rate:$10/hour
Location: Wilson, NC
Lifting Requirements: Must be able to lift 50lbs repetitively
Responsibilities:Production Support Personnel assist with various manufacturing processes in our client's tire manufacturing facility. Production Support Personnel are expected to perform duties in a reliable and timely manner to meet or exceed client expectations.

Essential Functions
Lifting, moving, handling tires and tire components, operating machinery, and any other duties as directed by site supervision.

Successful completion of pre-employment process to include background/drug screen/physical

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required

Previous manufacturing experience a plus

Forklift/tugger operating experience a plus

Desired Skills

Ability to reach, bend, stoop, lift, push and pull

Ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.

Extensive walking and standing for the duration of the shift

Sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks as established by the company

Ability to work in various temperatures from hot to cold
