**How you’ll make an impact in this role**

+ Evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, or emotional challenges to help them regain independence and improve their quality of life.

+ Design and implement personalized care plans that utilize the most effective therapeutic modalities to drive meaningful patient progress.

+ Collaborate and educate families and caregivers on patient deficits and the use of adaptive equipment to ensure a safe and successful transition back home.

+ Lead and oversee the clinical care provided by assistants and technicians to maintain the highest standards of rehabilitation practice and patient safety.

**What minimum requirements you’ll need**

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

+ Licensed Rehab Therapist specializing in Occupational Therapy (OTR) credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

+ Bachelor's degree required.

+ Master's degree preferred.
