Pay Rate/Range: $18-20/hr.
Description: This position will provide support to the Aftermarket team, organize and manage several activities and partner with teams to successfully complete company initiatives in a positive manner. Associates in this role will answer and direct phone calls, collect and distribute mail, purchase supplies, and provide back up coverage for the front desk/reception. You will also be required to compile repair inventory counts and prepare purchase orders for procurement of supplies.
Job Requirements: Previous work-related customer service experience is required. High school diploma or GED is also required. Strong attention to detail along with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills will be imperative for this role.
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
