**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Administrator in Human Resources as a part of Talent Management and Learning supporting Enterprise Facilitation. For additional information on this line of business, refer to the external Careers Site at www.wellsfargojobs.com .
**In this role, you will:**
+ Support the operations of a specific business line (Branch Banking)
+ Administer programs, projects, or processes specific to the business
+ Perform business operations that are administrative in nature
+ Facilitate efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and escalate concerns related to the assigned operation
+ Provide subject matter knowledge and interpretation of procedures to key business partners
+ Coordinate and monitor implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures, and policies
+ Interact with immediate Enterprise Facilitation colleagues on operational initiatives
+ Support L&D communications by providing communications and updates through the L&D Resources app
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 4+ years of Administrative Support, or, Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ 1+ year of learning and development experience
+ Knowledge of and experience working with Branch Banking (preferably as an L&D facilitator)
+ Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
+ Ability to effectively collaborate with the traditional branch
+ Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
+ Experience exercising independent judgment and creative problem solving techniques
+ Demonstrated project management experience related to business execution and initiatives
+ Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving complex customer issues
+ Ability to effectively assess stakeholder, partner, or client needs while consulting, building solutions, and developing processes
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
+ Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner
+ Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) skills
**Job Expectations:**
+ Position will require onsite presence in a hybrid arrangement (3 days in the office, 2 days telecommuting)
+ Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
+ Working hours 8am-5pm CT
