This posting is for an entry-level Contract Administrator within the Adaptive Communications & Sensing Product Line of the C4ISR Business within BAE Systems Inc.'s Electronic Systems Sector.

Job responsibilities include:

+ To assist in the coordination and management of basic or routine proposals, contracts and purchase orders under the direct supervision and guidance of a higher level Contract Administrator or Manager. In this entry level position it is expected that the individual will (1) learn the foundation of the basic contract management knowledge and skills required for success in the Contracting field and (2) progress to directly administering contracts and purchase orders.

+ Develop a working understanding of the US Government Acquisition and Procurement process, the BAE Systems Contracts function and relevant Company policies and procedures, FAR/DFAR, commercial contracting methods and other government regulations.

+ Participate in final stages of assigned contract by (1) verifying completion of all commitments, and (2) performing assigned activities associated with Contract Closeout.

+ Assist upper level Contract Administrators in negotiations and other activities such as fact finding and audits, required to obtain contracts or orders, and agreements (e.g. Proprietary Information Agreements).

+ Performs other duties as required.

**Pay Information**

Full-Time Salary Range: $56880 - $96720

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
