**Job Description:**

We are currently seeking a Service Delivery Manager to our SEC ISS team. The individual should be innovative, a self-starter, problem solver and excellent communicator with past, hands-on experience managing large-scale IT support project and/or programs on a day-to-day basis. The work will involve execution of program strategy, complex planning, execution of operations plans and transformational initiatives.

In this role, you will:

+ Rapidly identify areas for improvement across all program task areas and formulate resolution strategy

+ Ensure performance and achievement of SLAs and KPIs required by the contract and agreed with the customer.

+ Be readily available to respond to customer questions, concerns, and comments, and be proactive in alerting Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager to potential operational issues.

+ Being the service owner for all end user and customer-facing IT services and solutions

+ Ensuring end-to-end delivery of services based on Government-approved agile ITSM processes consistent with industry best practices.

+ Present solutions to Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager as well as senior federal customers to include formal presentations and customer meetings

Qualifications:

+ A Bachelor’s Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience. Masters Degree, especially in Science, Computers, Engineering, is highly desired.

+ 10+ years of Operations Management experience, with a focus on large infrastructure programs that include successful performance against SLAs and KPIs.

+ Must have excellent communication skills (oral and writing).

+ Experience interacting with federal customers and senior government leadership at the executive level

+ Experience managing all aspects of several large agency-wide and corporate infrastructure deployment/engineering, support, and operations.

+ Experience with portfolio management for infrastructure, network, collaboration, and service delivery components supporting the integration of legacy IT systems and networks into a new end state environment.

Desired:

+ Certified Project Management Professional Certification (Project Management Professional, PgMP or similar certification) preferred

+ ITIL® 4 Intermediate Level Certification (or better) preferred
