KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Contingent Work Force Shared Services to join our Human Resources Team organization.
+ Responsible for the management and oversight of the Contingent Work Force (CWF) Shared Services delivery including all policies and practices applicable to Contingent work force / non-KPMG protocol; ensure Representative(s), Associate(s) and Senior Associate(s) manage the day to day effectively, i.e. mailboxes are cleared every day and turnaround times meet service level agreements
+ Provide supervision, direction and guidance to a team of HR professionals, both onshore and offshore supporting the CWF shared services; take an active role in the performance management process by ensuring the successful completion and delivery of individual performance results, goal setting, interim review and year-end review activities for all team members, including on-going feedback
+ Primary point of contact for the CWF Center of Excellence, providing updates regarding questions / issues / challenges related to process, internal stakeholders, suppliers and contingent workers; communicate with internal stakeholders, suppliers and CWs to address open questions/ concerns and provide updates when required; primary point of contact for internal support teams (e.g. Digital Nexus, Independence, FWS, Security, DSS, ION, etc.)
+ Liaise with HRSS background check team to monitor background report status for CWs; escalating responses that require further review
+ Create consistent reporting for HRSS and COE leadership to provide updates on CW volume, issues, escalations and SLA/KPI adherence; monitor daily/weekly report of CWs of 'cleared to start' queue to identify potential delayed start date issues; escalate where required
+ Identify, solution and implement process improvements, such as automation (e.g. BOTs), efficiency, (e.g. digital signatures, etc.); work closely with HRSS Ask HR team to recommend / author knowledge articles when new/relevant topics are identified
+ Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience working with onboarding / offboarding and/or compliance tasks; 5 years of previous management experience, preferably managing teams onshore and offshore
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience in a related field.
+ Working knowledge of core technologies (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, HRMS, Service Now etc.), Vendor Management System (VMS) platforms a plus (e.g. WAND, Beeline, etc.), Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP) certification a plus
+ Ability work within a team structure to meet production deadlines and quality guidelines; recognize potential issues and address them prior to becoming a problem; excellent customer service and follow through
+ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; recognize potential issues and address
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
