Federal - System Engineer V

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a System Engineer 5 to work as part of the System Engineering Service team. Members of this team perform wide ranging System Engineering activities at the organization level and work with multiple projects to develop best practices and common System Engineering threads across related projects. The selected SE5 will work with a team of End Users and System and Software Engineers to capture and triage requirements, design system architecture for analytics and applications developed from the organization s customers to be integrated with the organization s product portfolio, creating Systems Engineering designs and documentation and compliance documentation. The team uses the Scaled Agile Framework SAFe agile methodology to deliver value to the CNO mission.

Responsibilities include:

+ Apply systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement.

+ Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts.

+ Communicate with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.

+ Responsible for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables associated with one or more of the 25 process areas defined by ISO IEC15288.

Here's what you need:

+ A Bachelors degree in a Qualified Engineering Field See Note 1 or a related discipline See Note 2 from an accredited college or university plus fifteen years of systems engineering experience.

+ OR

+ A High School Diploma or GED plus nineteen years of general systems engineering experience any Process Area.

+ OR

+ A Masters degree in a Qualified Engineering Field See Note 1 or a related discipline See Note 2 from an accredited college or university plus thirteen years of systems engineering experience.

+ OR

+ A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field See Note 1 or a related discipline See Note 2 from an accredited college or university plus thirteen years of systems engineering experience.

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and  information on benefits offered is here. Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role  

California: $105,200 - $168,400

Colorado: $105,200 - $145,500

New York City: $121,700 - $168,400

Washington: $112,100 - $154,900
