Our work depends on an **Identity Resolution (IDR) Lead** joining our team to remotely support the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) activities.

As an IDR Lead supporting CMS, you will be trusted to manage all technical activities related to the efficient and accurate development and operation of the program’s ID Resolution functionality and its associated interfaces. In this role, a typical day will include:
+ Working closely with various CMS functional groups and business units on identity resolution matters
+ Ensuring the efficient and accurate development and operation of the identity resolution functionality and its associated interfaces
+ Conducting source system analysis, and data profiling for identity resolution
+ Defining measurable metrics and the minimal required attributes for each domain or subject area to support a robust and successful system
+ Defining requirements for data matching and merging rules, survivorship criteria and data stewardship workflows
+ Developing analytics identity resolution solutions based on the integration of statistics-based, parametric analytics with non-statistical, non-parametric, hypothesis-free technologies
**WHAT YOU’LL NEED:**
+ Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience
+ 7+ years of hands-on expertise in identity resolution within the healthcare domain
+ Deep understanding of data management methodologies, including how to configure, customize, modify, and maintain a data management system
+ Hands-on experience using Novetta Data Analytics
+ Experience developing solutions for non-biometric ID screening applications, using Big Data analytics for biographic/demographic ID Resolution detection rules and alerts
+ Thorough understanding of deterministic and probabilistic matching methodologies and data hierarchy management
+ Demonstrated understanding of Business Intelligence (BI), Big Data, and Analytics
+ Candidate must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance
+ Candidate must have lived in the United States at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years
+ **_Work visa sponsorship will not be provided for this position._** Experience with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)
+ Experience using various identity resolution analytics products, such as Informatica and Salesforce
+ Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and analytical skills
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to produce and maintain documentation to support activities
