Job duties for Quality Control:
• Manage quarantine inventory and maintain organization of the quarantine area
• Lead incoming inspection processes for materials and products
• Manage retain inventory including labeling boxes with destruction dates and disposing of outdated retains
• Collect samples for retesting of out-of-specification products
• Assist with proper disposal of outdated chemicals
• Rework damaged, returned, or internally rejected products
• Neutralize chemicals from the rinsing of mix tanks
• Collect water samples for testing purposes
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and quality documentation
• Communicate with Production and Quality Management regarding issues or updates
• Follow all company safety guidelines and quality procedures
• Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements for Quality Control:
• Two to four years of quality control experience required
• Experience working in manufacturing or production environments preferred
• Working knowledge of pH meters required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow printed and verbal instructions carefully
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math and computer skills preferred
• Excellent attendance and stable work history required
• Positive attitude, initiative, and strong work ethic
• Must be safety conscious and follow all quality standards
• High School Diploma or GED

Shift for Quality Control:
• 1st shift Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

Pay for Quality Control:
• $18/hr
