Entry-Level Packaging Associate – Temporary | $15/Hour | Toledo, OH

The Advance Group is hiring Temporary Packaging Associates in Toledo, OH! This is an entry-level opportunity with a Monday-Friday schedule and an immediate start. No prior packaging experience is required, making this a great opportunity for someone looking for temporary warehouse, fulfillment, packaging, or production work.

This assignment is expected to last approximately 1 week and will support the company's fulfillment and packaging operations.

Pay for the Packaging Associate:

$15/hour
Temporary assignment
Immediate start

Hours for the Packaging Associate:

Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Voluntary overtime may be available during busy periods, starting as early as 6:00 AM

Packaging Associate Job Duties:

Package and bag food-grade and cosmetic products
Inspect finished products for defects and quality
Apply labels to bottles and boxes
Place caps onto bottles
Build boxes and stack finished products onto pallets
Use a handheld scanner to prepare and fulfill orders
Maintain an organized and clean work area
Follow packaging and quality procedures

Packaging Associate Requirements:

No previous packaging or manufacturing experience required
Previous packaging, warehouse, fulfillment, or production experience is helpful
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
High School Diploma/GED required for hire-in
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
