This is a key leadership role managing delivery execution for one of our largest commercial customers and will report directly to the Aerospace ISC Customer Operations Sr. Director. The individual will work in close partnership with customers, ISC COEs (sourcing, procurement, operations, quality, and manufacturing engineering), customer business teams, and other Honeywell support functions to drive delivery execution excellence to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
+ Establish and execute a successful ISC strategy to meet customer delivery requirements through all phases of the product lifecycle.
+ On-Time Delivery of product to customer need dates.
+ Production readiness across the supply base, including internal HON sites & external suppliers.
+ Long term part health with full alignment of customer demand and supply.
+ Effective communications and coordination between customers, customer business teams, Honeywell ISC leadership, and Aerospace Leadership Team.
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Minimum 8 years of progressive leadership experience across Supply Chain, Engineering, Product Management, and/or Program Management.
WE VALUE
+ Six Sigma Greenbelt certified.
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations management, technical, engineering, or related discipline.
+ Master's degree/MBA is preferred.
+ Background including program management, manufacturing operations, planning & transition management strongly preferred.
+ Strong communication and experience in customer facing roles.
+ Industry experience in Aerospace and Defense.
+ Highly resourceful and results-oriented with a strong bias for action and a sense of urgency.
+ Strong leadership and influencing skills to drive results in a highly matrixed organization.
+ Strong analytical and financial skills.
+ Ability to think strategically and to scope tasks and influence goal achievement.
+ Effective coaching, mentoring, and influence skills.
+ High energy level with a can-do attitude, enjoy leading a high-performing team.
+ Demonstrate ability to communicate and build relationships with employees at all levels.
+ Strong written/verbal communication skills in English.
+ Demonstrated usage of change management techniques in a business environment.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
+ Six Sigma Lean Expert or Black Belt certified a plus.
+ Travel up to 25%.
