Our location in Temecula, CA, currently has an opportunity for a Senior Manager, Supplier Quality Engineering.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO:**
Primary Job Function This position provides leadership and guidance for the supplier quality engineering department, with a focus on supplier-related projects and initiatives.
Developing goals, objectives, procedures, policies and systems that are in line with company goals and objectives, mission and vision and FDA/ISO regulations. Daily responsibilities include managing projects and initiatives that drive supplier improvement, resolution of supplier quality/process issues, ensuring a continuous supply of high quality components to production and supporting product development to ensure the identification of quality oriented suppliers with capable processes that will manufacture high quality components. Ensures systems are in place to monitor and track department and supplier performance.

(Decision Making/Impact) Assignments are expressed in the form of objectives; makes decisions regarding work processes or operational plans and schedules in order to achieve the program objectives established by senior management; consequences of erroneous decisions or recommendations would normally include critical delays and modifications to projects or operations with substantial expenditure of time, human resources, and funds, and may jeopardize future business activity.
Minimum Education Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering) and 9+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Advanced degree preferred.
