BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an experienced a **Behavioral Health Pool RNs** to join our outstanding and compassionate team at **St Joseph's B** **ehavioral Health Center in Tampa, FL** !

**The Behavioral Health Clinical Nurse Department Pool I is responsible for:**

+ Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.

+ Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.

+ Professional accountability and development.

**Position Details:**

+ **Location:** St Joseph's Behavioral Health Center - Tampa, FL

+ **Status:** Pool, 4 shifts within 6 weeks minimum

+ **Non-Exempt:** No

+ **Schedule:** 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

+ **Shift:** Nights

+ **Weekend Work:** Occasional

+ **On Call:** No

**Required Certifications and Licensures:**

+ BLS (Basic Life Support)

+ RN (Registered Nurse)

+ Nurse Specialty – preferred

**Required Education** :

+ Required Associate's or Diploma in Nursing

+ Preferred Bachelor's in Nursing

**Experience:**

+ Required 2 years RN experience in an Acute Care Setting
