Reception/ Admin Clerk
Due to the Companies, high growth and success a position has become available to join our friendly and supportive team. Reporting directly to the Company Accountant this position is a permanent part-time role, Working Monday – Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Administration: Including filing, typing, submission of the job start-up packs, arranging functions, etc.
- Reception duties
- Data Entry
- Maintaining good relations with clients and subcontractors
To be successful you will have:
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Honesty, reliability and willingness to learn and adapt to the need of the Company and to new systems
