+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ Experience in high speed digital interconnect design and experience with integrated system testing.
+ Experience with transmission line and electromagnetic theory, with data analysis skills.
+ Experience in SI/PI design techniques (PCB routing rules) and with lab measurements (Oscilloscopes, VNA, or TDR).
+ Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
+ 7 years of industry experience in system-level SI design.
+ Experience with Allegro, ADS, MATLAB, PowerDC, PowerSI, HFSS, SIwave, CST and scripting for data collection and analysis (Python, bash).
+ Experience with the product development process for mass volume production design, with a focus on signal integrity and lab validation with lab experience with SerDes testing.
+ Familiarity with PCIE, DDR, SATA and Ethernet standards along with PCB, connector, and/or cable design and assembly processes, including materials and component selection.
+ Understanding of state-of-the-art SERDES capabilities and of FEC and its implications for system design.

+ Lead System Signal Integrity (SI) design on data center hardware products.
+ Collaborate with board, chip and system engineers, design partners, and chip vendors, to drive system SI design, explore layout and manufacturability tradeoffs, and ensure that product functions as required.
+ Drive ASIC, package, board, connector, and cable vendors to develop new interconnect technologies.
+ Work on system interconnect bring up and qualification (working with test engineers), including configuring chips to ensure adequate margin.
+ Drive solutions for SI issues with design engineers, PCB designers, and system team and run trade-off analysis on performance and cost.
