**Shift:** Nights | 9:00 PM - 7:30AM
**Schedule:** Full-Time | Onsite
**Weekend Work:** Every Other Weekend

**Role Overview**
As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist, you will support accurate and timely diagnostic services while ensuring compliance with laboratory standards, policies, and procedures.
**Key responsibilities include:**
+ Performing diagnostic testing and quality control procedures
+ Preparing reagents and reporting results according to established policies and procedures
+ Reviewing and overseeing moderate to high complexity laboratory testing
+ Maintaining laboratory equipment and supply inventory
+ Monitoring computer applications related to laboratory operations
+ Ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance in all testing activities
+ Performing other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
**Education**
**Required:**
+ Associate’s degree in Medical Technology OR a related field
**Preferred:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field
**Experience**
**Required:**
+ Clinical laboratory experience
+ Minimum of four (4) months of related experience
**Licensure / Certification**
**Required:**
+ State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License
