**Shift:** Nights | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM | 3x12 Hour Shifts

**Schedule:** Full time | Every Other Weekend | No On-Call

**Status:** Non-Exempt

Role Overview

As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist I, you’ll play a vital role in delivering accurate and timely diagnostic testing to support exceptional patient care. You’ll work independently and collaboratively, ensuring compliance, precision, and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

+ Perform diagnostic testing and quality control procedures

+ Prepare reagents and report results per policy

+ Review and oversee moderate to high complexity testing

+ Maintain and monitor lab equipment, supplies, and computer systems

+ Deliver excellent customer service and communication

+ Demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and critical thinking skills

+ Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Certification & Licensure

+ **Required:** Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License

+ **Preferred:** ASCP Certification
