**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**What you'll do:**

As aClient Success Manager(CSM), you willbe atrusted advisor, maximizing customer value by delivering solution area expertise to customersand their line of businesswhileaddingvaluethroughrapid adoption and consumption of solutions.

- Build deep relationshipswith various stakeholdersand earn trusted advisor status withcustomers

-Identify new opportunities for customers to leverage new or expanded SAPConcursolutions

-Mitigate churn and managerenewals of SAPConcursolutions/services

-Identify sales leads and support sales in expansion and upsellefforts

-Manage through crisis and de-escalate customersituations

-Identify a client's desired outcomes and assist them in achievingthese mutual agreed upongoals

-Solely build a territory plan to proactively engage customers throughout their lifecyclejourney

-Contribute to process development and organizational growthprojects

- Drive renewals, expansions, and up-sells ofoursolutions

**What you bring:**

- 3-5 years of relevant experience

- Strong executive presence and relationship buildingskills

- Deep knowledge of business models, strategies, and line of business processes

- Proven ability to handle difficult customer situations and discuss complex issues with customerAdmins and Executives

- Experience with cloud software solutions and deliverymodels

- Ability to apply risk-mitigation strategies to customersituations

- Knowledge of SAPConcursolutions and the business processes theyenable

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required

- Experience in businesssoftware

- Knowledge of SAAS

- Strong program/project management andorganizationskills

- Relationship-driven mindset with excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills

- Experience driving renewals, expansions, and up-sells ofoursolutions

**Compensation Range Transparency** : SAPbelieves the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 75,000 - 173,700 USD.The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills,experience, scope ofthe role, location, etc. as determinedthrough theselection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
