**SALARY** **:** $88,400 - $113,400

**ROLE SUMMARY:**

Typical scope of responsibilities include managing the Brewery facilities and facilities related contracts for the majority of the St. Louis campus as well as managing the construction portion of the capital projects (Manage field construction support staff, bidding process, safe construction execution, startup, project completion and punch-list) The scope of the brewery Facilities team includes but is not limited to parking lots, roofs, HVAC, elevators, fire alarms and suppression, process and sanitary drains, freight and passenger elevators, snow removal, landscaping, painting, carpentry, etc.

**JOB RESPONDSIBLITIES:**

+ Manage a maintenance parts and 3PL budget of over $2.5MM

+ Manage the construction process for large, medium and small capital projects as part of the capital execution team through both direct and indirect workforces.

+ Manage, coach, assist, and direct workforce (AB Employees and 3rd party contractors) for facilities maintenance

+ Develop, monitor, and maintain facility compliance metrics to meet Local, State, and Federal Codes and Anheuser-Busch best practices

+ Develop and monitor facility inspections, maintenance PMs, and schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to meet schedules

+ Develop and ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to facilities management are being followed, while finding and implementing opportunities for improvements across the facility

+ Ensure Technical Provisions for construction practices related to capital projects are being followed, while finding and implementing opportunities for improvements across the facility

+ Enforce and promote safe working practices both internal and external. Onboard contractors and work with them to develop safety plans, ensuring they follow through on those safety plans while executing work.

+ Identify areas to improve facilities maintenance by identifying opportunities and proposing solutions utilizing management system tool and methodologies to ensure key performance indicators and targets are achieved or exceeded

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**

+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field required

+ 5-10 years in facilities related maintenance and capital project related experience is required

+ Leadership skills, comfort level with change, ability to lead change

+ Cost accounting and SAP experience a plus

+ Project Management/Construction management experience

+ Solid interpersonal skills and team orientation

+ Technical and problem solving skills (prefer experience in industrial or commercial facilities maintenance - this would include architectural/civil/structural experience in roof construction, masonry construction, HVAC & Controls, electrical power, security/fire alarm systems, fire protection systems, and multi-story building office facilities maintenance)

+ Willingness to work overtime, weekends and holidays, as well as 24 hour coverage of all facilities related projects and maintenance
