**SALARLY:** $61,200 - $72,675, bonus eligible

Anheuser-Busch is looking for a well-rounded Market Research professional with a track record in project management and consistent delivery. The successful candidate should be a flexible, self-motivated individual who thrives in a growth culture and is able to work autonomously, juggling the demands that launching a new program entails.


+ Act as a point of contact supporting research vendor and internal business partners

+ Manage all support aspects including program/survey guidance/design, day to day account management activities, deadlines/timelines, follow up with customers and partners, etc.

+ Bachelor’s degree required. Master's Degree in Marketing Research, Marketing or MBA preferred.

+ Market Research experience (1-2 years) – understanding research methodologies and comfortable making project decisions; strong qualitative and quantitative research skills required; knowledge of descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation, etc.) is essential.

+ Exceptional Project Management experience and skills with proven ability to manage timelines, hit deadlines and “be an owner”

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ High attention to detail including strong proofreading skills

+ Analytics & Reporting experience providing analytical support to customers/business units as needed

+ Strong Customer Service mindset

+ Ability to think at strategic level as well as dive into the details

+ Problem Solver and Question Asker

+ Ability to manage numerous tasks simultaneously, prioritize and work independently to ensure task completion

**Requirements - Technical:**

+ Advanced MS Office skills

+ Advanced to Expert Excel

+ Dashboarding knowledge/experience

+ Advanced Powerpoint/Visualization experience

+ Proficient with survey programing tools (Alchemer)
