**Job Description:**

Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information. Assess process gaps and recommend best practice solutions.

**Must have:**

+ Bachelors degree or 4 years of experience in Information Technology

+ Experience developing, refining and documenting as-is and to-be processes

+ Experience with Business Process Analysis or Business Process Management

**Bonus points if:**

+ Strong written and communication skills

+ Strong problem solving skills to assess process gaps and recommend best practice solutions

**Security Clearance:**

Active TS clearance with the ability to obtain a SCI and polygraph

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and _information on benefits offered is here._

**Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role** :

California: $90,700 - $170,200

Colorado: $90,700 - $147,100

New York: $83,900 - $170,200

Washington State: $96,600 - $156,600
