MAKE A DIFFERENCESupport a team of experienced Account Representatives and learn firsthand from industry experts on how to manage a variety of fast changing customer relationships. You will learn to utilize a consultative approach to develop relationships with our customers, as well as anticipate needs and take proactive measures to ensure positive service outcomes. By utilizing strong interpersonal communication and time management skills; you will act as a customer liaison – managing customer communications, booking freight, coordinating appointments,spot-quoting loads and managing customer problem resolution. Your interactions with our shippers, their customers, drivers and internal team members will champion corporate values of ATS –Integrity,Determination,Responsibility,InnovationandExcellence.

OPPORTUNITYThe Customer Service Support position lays the groundwork to meeting the needs of existing and new customers, optimizing all company assets and resources while working collaboratively with sales, planning and operations to achieve personal and company goals. You will be introduced to and grow in the following areas:

+ Create exceptional front-line customer interactions through verbal and written communications.

+ Develop additional freight opportunities through prospecting efforts to support company assets to achieve maximum utilization.

+ Become a solutions provider by monitoring execution of our service and providing proactive communication with customers and internal partners regarding the status of loads and any issues that may impact customer, driver, or ATS.

+ Demonstrate sound judgment and problem solving skills in a fast-paced environment while upholding ATS guidelines, policies and values.

HOURS:

The Customer Service Support opportunity offers work/life balance with a Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM to 5 PM core schedule with an occasional Saturday morning requirement. NOTE-hours could change depending on region or location of your customers in the United States, however amount of hours worked per day would be the same.

COMPENSATION:

Where there is challenge, there is reward - competitive base salary along with a 6 month training incentive. Realistic first year total compensation can range from $40,000 to $45,000.
