**What You'll Do:**

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.

+ Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or emergency services when needed.

+ Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter theft, trespassing, and/or other suspicious activity.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for unusual behavior, policy violations, and/or potential loss prevention concerns, while maintaining a professional presence.

+ Carry authorized equipment in accordance with post orders, company policy, and applicable law, and support de-escalation, access control, and incident response as assigned.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
