Customer Experience Representative

Description:

We are growing and are looking for people with great attitudes that want to thrive in a high- performance sales culture, taking inbound calls/making warm outbound calls in our Call Center. We reward you for your performance. 

Here are the daily duties for our Call Center position:

  • Understand and communicate services offered
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
  • Communicate with our customers, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner, providing accurate information and creating a positive customer experience
  • Schedule service appointments with customers
  • Set up accounts/contracts with new customers
  • Provide resolution to customer concerns
  • Route customer calls received at our Call Center accordingly based on customer needs
  • Establish rapport with new and existing customers at our Call Center
  • Outbound calls to past customers to schedule service

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of previous customer service experience with sales preferred
  • 1 year or more of previous experience in Call Center/Contact Center experience Preferred
  • Must be sales oriented with a HIGH focus on customer service/experience
  • Must be socially focused; "How can I help you?" attitude
  • Prefers to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Persuasive, "selling" (rather than "telling") communication style
  • Type 30+ WPM, and ability to navigate through several internet based applications
  • Proficient in Windows-based computer programs with excellent navigation skills
  • Open availability 24/7 365
  • Dependable and punctual in assigned work schedule
  • Willing to undergo a pre-employment drug screening (Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opiates, Propoxyphene, PCP, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methadone) and comprehensive background check 

The hours for this position are full time, Monday - Friday
