Critical Facilities Technician

**About this role:**

Wells Fargo is seeking a Critical Facilities Technician at the Shoreview Data Center.

**In this role, you will:**

+ Support building maintenance responsibilities

+ Identify opportunities to improve facility repair and maintenance processes

+ Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance, and cleaning routines

+ Perform daily inspections of critical infrastructure including inspections for data center operations

+ Receive direction from manager and escalate non routine questions

+ Interact with team on maintenance and repair issues

**Required Qualifications, US:**

+ 2+ years of Mechanical Repair experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

+ Successful completion of an apprenticeship or trade school in one or combination of the following: HVAC Technician, Electrical Engineer or Electrical Maintenance; or experience in one or a combination of the following: Commercial Electrical, Electrical Maintenance, Commercial HVAC Technician or Facility Engineer

**Desired Qualifications:**

+ Experience with Change Management

+ Knowledge and understanding of data center: critical facilities systems: electrical, mechanical, raised floor, and HVAC systems

+ Assistance in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

+ Data Center Experience

**Job Expectations:**

+ Ability to lift 25 pounds

+ Ability to stand for extended periods of time
